He talks about how when we are not engaged in our life purpose we feel lost and without direction in life. He then defines what your life purpose is. He describes two aspects of your life purpose. First, the big life purpose that we all share. Second, the individual life purpose that we have. Then he describes how they are related, and how the individual purpose is the path to the bigger purpose that we all share. The discussion goes on to give methods to help you discover your own individual purpose.

Amarjit dedicates the entire episode to the topic of depression. He discusses how depression is a serious topic that is often misunderstood. He answers the question – what is depression? He makes a distinction between depression caused by physiological reasons, such as head trauma and other physical traumas, and the typical depression we encounter as a result of the experience of life. He defines depression as a growing pain that is a signal of false identifications that no longer works for you. He does this with an explanation of how depression is caused by attachments to aspects of the ego. Then he defines the ego. He then gives methods for elevating yourself from depression. Amarjit also shares a poem that he wrote in his deepest depression.

Amarjit goes deeper into the question – Who am I? Since he found his way to this question in every episode, he decided it was time to explain how to understand this question better. Before he explores this question, he clarifies what it means to “know” something. Amarjit then gives a method to help you get closer to answering the question - Who am I? He explains 3 ways to approach life/yoga through an experience he had at a White Tantric workshop in France at the European Kundalini Yoga Festival. The third approach is a method for experiencing the true self, beyond the mind/body vehicle. In the second part of the show, Amarjit interviews Bhakti Flow Yoga Teacher and kirtan practitioner, Peter Walters. After talk about a funny incident when they met in India, Peter talks about how he made it to yoga and the challenges that he has encountered along the path.
