Amarjit begins with a discussion on how the reactive mind causes suffering. He then goes on to talk about how to use the mind as a tool and not be enslaved by it. He continues with talking about learning to let go of concepts of the mind which take away stillness, and contribute to suffering. This leads to an explanation of the three functions of the mind and how to balance them. He finishes the episode with a meditation to create a neutral mind.
